Summary and Schedule
This resource aims to prepare Arts and Humanities (A&H) researchers for onboarding to High Performance Computing (HPC). The content of the resource includes scaffolded activities to enable involvement, active learning and engagement with research workflows and the onboarding process to HPC.
By the end of this resource you are expected to be able to:
- Create a local Git repository to store code and data.
- Host your repository and collaborate with peers using Github.
- Pull your repository onto the HPC and create a SLURM job to run your script.
- Test an advanced workflow to deploy in HPC.
- Specify and share libraries, tools and codes to prepare for HPC.
